- Master’s or PhD in economics, CS, or related field (or similar experience).
- Strong background in mechanism design, game theory, or auctions.
- Experience with math, models, and experiment design.
- Good programming or data analysis skills (Python, R, or similar).
- Clear English writing and communication.
- Ability to work full-time and collaborate with product and engineering teams.

- Build formal models and run experiments to test ideas.
- Work with engineers to implement mechanisms and features.
- Write clear research notes and share findings with the team.
- Help design incentive systems that benefit users and the product.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to research planning.
