Do you love helping businesses grow? We need a Customer Growth Manager to help our clients in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) get more value from our products. You’ll work remotely with a fun international team. This is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to customers and finding growth opportunities.
Your job will be to understand what customers need, then help them use our products better. When customers succeed, our business grows. No cold calling – you’ll work with existing customers to make them happier and more successful.

📋 What You’ll Do
- Help EMEA customers get more value from our products
- Find growth opportunities in existing accounts
- Work with sales and support teams to make customers happy
- Analyze customer data to spot trends
- Create simple reports showing customer success

- 2+ years in customer success, account management or sales
- Experience working with EMEA customers
- Good at explaining technical ideas simply
- Comfortable working remotely with international teams
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
