We are searching for an energetic Web3 Developer Relations (DevRel) and Customer Success Intern to join our team in Malta. 📄 Job Description
As a DevRel and Customer Success Intern, you will build strong relationships with developers, provide support through documentation and tutorials, and assist customers with their journey. You will be the bridge between our users and the product team.

- Basic knowledge of blockchain and Web3 technologies.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical topics in simple words.
- Problem-solving attitude and customer-friendly approach.
- Ability to work full-time in Malta.
🛠️ What You Will Do
- Engage with developers through events, workshops, and community calls.
- Create simple guides, FAQs, and tutorials for users.
- Support customers by solving their issues and collecting feedback.
- Work with the product team to improve features based on user input.
